One-to-one support, counselling and group activities delivered by a team who understands LGBTQ+ identities and experiences.
1-to-1 support sessions
A space to talk about anything affecting your wellbeing. Sessions can help with:
anxiety, stress or low mood
identity/coming out
loneliness/isolation
relationships/family issues
discrimination/prejudice

Counselling
If you want a more structured therapeutic space, you can access counselling with trained LGBTQ+ affirming counsellors.
Cost: donation

Group activities
Community‑based activities that support wellbeing through connection. Activities include:
creative sessions
wellbeing workshops
low‑pressure social groups
